Contract to Close- Dual Contract

Photos uploaded into MLS, update CRM, open broker compliance, write contracts and other required documents (agent must supply information and approve prior to sending), agent CC'd on all communication, informative emails to help clients along the way, key dates entered into agent/clients calendars to make sure contractual dates are timely, update MLS status, social media, communicate with key parties to transaction, CDA issued, closing scheduled, request review, and close out MLS and compliance.

Listing Services (signage included)

Licensed TC will schedule your photographer, upload listing and supporting docs to MLS, schedule time to meet client to get key copy for entry door, pickup and install your signage (standard agent sign), and lockbox/shackle, and after transaction has closed/funded or listing no longer on market, pickup and deliver sign and lockbox/shackle back to agent.  Pricing for Bexar County only, other areas or signage may have additional cost. 

Real Estate Office Management

$25/hour

This includes a free consultation with our expert to see what our design & organization team can do for you to help your office run more smoothly. Years of experience help you get ahead without worrying about the clutter, paperwork buildup, organization, file management, or office setup. Moving offices? We can help pack up, schedule movers, and setup your new office to run more efficiently and without the headache or taking time away from what you do best.. help clients buy and sell!

Remote Assistant

$18/hour

Includes free consultation to design a plan to meet your needs. Examples of duties are: CRM management, Mailers, Answering incoming calls, Cold calling, Appointment setting, Deliveries, and Courier services. Call or email for complete list.

Data entry of customers and clients into CRM, drip campaign, or other database.  Other services available upon request. 

The Extras - A' La Carte

Enter Listing into MLS

Have your new listing uploaded into MLS the same day. Send us the MLS data sheet, photos, any key details, and let us do the rest of the work. Custom unique and professional listing description written for your listing is included. 

Interior "Re-Design" or Staging of your Listing

$125 and up

Whether your client just needs an interior designer to come out and help them get ready for listing or if you need a Certified Stager to stage an entire luxury home. We have you covered! Schedule a free consultation and get a quote to match your needs!

Photograph your Listing

$350 and up

Includes professional photos and virtual tour for your listing and coordinating with agent, stager, or contractor (if applicable), contacting the client and photographer to give them any key information and schedule, and making sure your client and listing are ready day of photography. Package with our other services to get a discount!

Sign, Shackle or Lockbox

$250 and up

Includes: Pickup your items from office. Contact the seller, make sure they have a working copy of the entry door, and schedule as soon as same day. Put the sign in the yard and lockbox/shackle on the door. When the transaction has closed and funded or listing is no longer on the market, we will go retrieve your sign and lockbox/shackle. This price is for inside of Bexar county and installation of a standard yard sign. Call for quote: Other areas or signage requirements.  Lockboxes available.

Social Media Content

$15 and up

Have us promote your listing for sale or latest closed transaction on social media. Includes one post on your social media.

Closing Gifts

$65 and up

Have a beautiful gift basket delivered to your client at closing or waiting for them at their new home! We have gifts for all types of clients that will fit your budget. 

Notary Services

Call for Pricing

Will schedule a notary to pickup documents at title, to meet client at their preferred location to sign closing and loan documents. and deliver signed and notarized documents back to title. 

Courier Services- Same Day

55.00 and up

Courier Services with in Bexar County. Price for one pickup and deliver. Multiple pickup and delivery available. 

Packaged Services have a $50 non-refundable admin fee once Contract is received. A' la carte services payment is due at time of order and are not refundable. Packages can be adjusted to match your individual or Brokerage Real Estate needs. Bulk order service package discounts are available.

Refund Policy

A Cancellation and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of refund: Must be a transaction that didn't close or client cancelled agreement.
  • Reason for contract cancellation: Due to transaction terms not met, not due to agents actions. 
  • Process for balance: initiate by sending an email to transaction coordinator/manager. Credit processed to agent: within 24 hrs. 
  • Process of other refund: Any deposits or non-refundable funds will be refunded at the discretion of GoWolff. Refunds due within 3-days.

We have our TC's sign non-disclosures before they can even access a file. There will not be  ANY personal or business information given to anyone without agent's consent. This also includes keeping work laptop and files in a secure location at all times. 

We do have a small non-refundable fee of $50 for admin fees that is due when the contract is sent over. The balance is paid at closing. If your client doesn't close, we will not charge you the balance! 

WE DO NOT SELL REAL ESTATE. We have strict contracts with our TC's that prohibit them from engaging in any buy/sell of property! We are licensed, in Texas you need to be licensed if you are working as a Transaction Coordinator or Transaction Manager. 

Yes, we offer property management services for residential and short-term rentals. From just a set-up to complete property management. Custom built to fit your needs.
